Counterparty Identification & Lead Generation
We identify organisations that meet defined criteria, such as sector, size, geography and structure, and verify that they are active and relevant. The client receives a qualified and sourced list of counterparties, prepared for a specific commercial purpose.
Scope of audits
Definition of the target profile
We translate the client’s commercial objective into precise criteria: sector, size, location, legal form, ownership, activity and any factors that exclude an organisation from consideration.
Identification of organisations
We search for organisations meeting those criteria across EU member states, using registers, official databases, industry sources and company disclosures.
Verification of status and activity
We confirm that each organisation is registered, active and not subject to insolvency or liquidation, and that its current activity matches the profile.
Identification of decision-making roles
We identify the roles responsible for the relevant decisions within each organisation, on the basis of publicly disclosed business information.
Qualification and prioritisation
We assess each organisation against the agreed criteria and indicate its relevance, so that the client can decide where to begin.
Outside our scope
We do not send communications to the organisations identified, and we do not sell databases or provide contact lists for mass mailing. Each list is prepared for a specific engagement and purpose agreed with the client. Contact with the counterparties is made by the client, through the client’s own channels.
